Browse portfolios, read Google reviews, and compare packages/prices. If your shoot concept (balloon, sunrise, flying dress, etc.) is selected under Extras, proceed to “Get a Quote / Book”.

2) How are prices determined?

They vary by duration (1–3 hours), concept (balloon/sunrise/special locations, dress, horse, camel, classic car), number of delivered photos, and retouch scope. Each listing shows transparent packages and a starting price.

3) How do I make a booking?

Follow the “Booking” steps on the listing page or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll match you with available photographers and get back to you.

4) How do payments work? Is a deposit required?

For most packages, a 20–30% deposit secures the date; the balance is paid on the shoot day or upon delivery. We confirm card/bank transfer options during the quote stage.

5) What happens if weather/balloon flights are canceled?

Balloon operations are announced by SHM (Cappadocia Slot Services Center). In case of cancellation, we offer:

6) Sunrise times change—how do you plan the schedule?

We plan around sunrise. Meeting time is confirmed the day before via WhatsApp, depending on flight status and location.

7) How many photos are included? What’s the delivery time?

Depends on the package; typically 50–150 selected photos and a retouched final set. Delivery is 7–14 business days (ask for express options).

8) How will I receive my photos?

Via a secure private gallery link or downloadable archive (Google Drive/WeTransfer/S3). Links are time-limited—please download before expiry.

9) Do you provide dresses, accessories, or styling?

Many photographers offer flying dresses/costumes and accessories. Check the listing details; request extra styling in the form if needed.

10) Can I add hair & makeup services?

Yes. We work with partner teams and bundle them based on your time and location.

11) How is transportation handled during the shoot?

Short transfers around Göreme/center may be included. For distant locations, additional transport or a private vehicle can be arranged.

12) Is drone photography possible?

Subject to local permits and safety rules. If conditions allow, we can add a drone; wind and air traffic take priority.

13) Are shoots suitable for families/expecting mothers?

Yes. We tailor the duration and route accordingly and choose safe times/locations. Please share any special conditions in advance.

14) What do you recommend wearing?

Flowy outfits that move in the wind and high-contrast colors (against earthy tones) look great. Wear comfortable shoes; mornings can be chilly—dress in layers.

15) Can I contact the photographer directly?

All communication goes through CappadociaPhotoGuide to keep scheduling, payments, and guarantees in one secure place.

16) What is your cancellation/refund policy?

For client-initiated cancellations more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is refunded; within 48 hours, date changes are prioritized. For weather/operational cancellations, we offer a full refund or a free reschedule.

17) Can I add extra shooting time on the day?

If available, you can extend by paying an additional hourly fee; delivery may be extended slightly.

18) Who owns the usage rights to the photos?

You get personal and social media usage rights. Commercial use requires prior written permission. Photographers retain portfolio rights (privacy can be arranged upon request).

19) How far in advance should I book?

Peak season is April–October; we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead. For last-minute plans, ask us on WhatsApp about availability.
